The in itself personal computer does not possess knowledge in one area of the application, all this knowledge is concentrated in programs carried out on it. Therefore «the computer has made often used expression» means exactly that on the personal computer the program which has allowed to execute corresponding action has been executed.
Now all complex ON shares on system and user programs. The system software carries out functions of "organizer" of all parts of the personal computer, and also the external devices connected to it. Programs for users serve for performance of any specific targets in all spheres of human activity.
In the abstract I wish to tell about development of the applied software of the personal computer, packages of applied programs (PAP), and also about use of applied programs in a life of each user.
